May we offer our thanks to all presenters, delegates and exhibitors who attended our conference, we do hope you found the presentations thought provoking and took the opportunity to visit the Crown Jewels at this wonderful venue.

The opening address was made by Darren Johnson a member of the London Assembly and the afternoon address was made by Ed Davey, MP, Minister for Employment Relations, Consumer and Postal Affairs with the closing address given by Bob Russell MP for Colchester to whom we offer our gratitude in sparing the time to address the audience in these challenging financial times.
